About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing FMCG business based in London. We are working exclusively with them to recruit a Supply Chain Director to shape and execute operational strategy. Reporting into the founders, this is a senior level role which will be critical for their future success.

Job Description

The Supply Chain Director will be based in the London office, and will:

  • Have a remit covering Supply/Demand, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Technical, IT and Contract Manufacturing
  • Manage the Supply Chain team (5 direct reports, 7 people in total)
  • Develop and execute end to end Supply Chain strategy for the business
  • Implement a "continuous improvement" mindset across all operational processes
  • Coach and develop the team
  • Work collaboratively with the founders and key stakeholders across the business to align business planning

The Successful Applicant

The successful Supply Chain Director will have:

  • Experience at senior leadership level in a Supply Chain/Operations role
  • Demonstrable people management skills, including coaching and change management
  • Understanding of how a great FMCG Supply Chain can operate
  • Exposure to small, fast-growing businesses
  • A resilient personality, with strong stakeholder influencing skills

What's on Offer

Based in London, this role has a basic salary of £80k to £100k plus benefits.
