About Our Client
A growing consumer business who produce some of our favourite products in the market.
The Supply Chain Process Leader will be responsible for the following:
Leading business process and business performance improvement initiatives
New Product Development
Managing product life cycle stages and challenging Sales where targets are not met
Ensuring that projected demand for future product launches are loaded into the Supply Chain planning systems as soon as possible and are linked through to material requirements plans
Facilitating S&OP meetings
Forecasting for products
Coordinating the Phase In / Phase Out of products/customers/new delivery locations into supply plans
The Successful Applicant
The Supply Chain Process Leader must possess experience within project management and Supply Chain forecasting. You must have the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
The role requires someone with excellent communication skills and an analytical mind.
Within Supply Chain you must have had exposure to working directly with customers and have improved forecast accuracy.
The role will require a level of influencing ability and change management skills.
