About Our Client
This Not For Profit and Charities organisation are looking for a Supporter Development Executive based in Southwater to encourage and strengthen relationships with existing and new supporters in order to promote the importance of legacies and the work that they do in this organisation.
The right candidate for this Not For Profit and Charities Organisation based in Southwater will be responsible for supporting the delivery of legacy online and offline communications which are inclusive of events, campaign management, collateral and content. In addition the role will also involve administration, reporting and where needed, fulfilment procession in support of the cultivation and stewardship.
This exciting role will really give this candidate the opportunity to be innovative with ideas and really show the team what they are capable of achieving. This is inclusive of input into how events and face to face meetings can be used within the overarching contact strategy to support key stages of the supporter journey. Events could entail bespoke legacy activity or joint activities with other areas of fundraising. The post holder would then be responsible for managing and delivering these events.
This Supporter Development Executive role will also allow the right candidate to create content from wonderful case studies taken out. The candidate will use their initiative to initiate and manage a programme of case studies which include identifying appropriate case study opportunities, doing the content for this, gaining permissions and ensuring all case studies are filed and are kept up to date and recorded onto the central system.
That is also some internal communication aspects to this Supporter Development Executive role as the candidate will get to create content for the Legacy team in the newsletter.

You will have the ability to be able to think on your feet and create ideas and implementation of this. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop fruitful relationships.
You will be able to project manage and strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This Supporter Development Executive role based in South water will be able to create, compose and produce letters and copy for content along with good skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate for the role of Supporter Development Executive will be able to be personable with ability to quickly build rapport with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
