About Our Client

Our client is a leading Business Services firm that has grown rapidly over the last 2 years and is now looking for an in-house Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure that they continue their success and achieve aggressive growth targets.

Job Description

- Manage internal stakeholders through regular communication to ensure a successful internal recruitment function, allowing the business to grow at the rate that the Directors have outlined in their business growth plan

- Ensure Senior Consultants, Principal Consultants, Managers and Directors are utilised to interview screen and sell to prospective candidates

Relationship Management with Recruitment to Recruitment Firms:

- Establishing strong relationships with recruitment agencies on our PSL

- Develop the PSL to ensure we are using the best agencies in the market place

- Producing monthly reports and KPI's to review and improve performance

Commercial Opportunities:

- Reducing our spend with external recruitment agencies

- Proactively sourcing Trainee and experienced recruiters through advertising. Recommendations/referrals and head-hunting.

- Source and introduce new methods of attracting and retaining staff for the business.

- Personal development plans for existing staff to ensure they continue to develop their skills and flourish.

Screening Candidates:

- Reviewing submitted candidates to ensure they are technically and culturally right for the business.

- Interviewing all candidates at first interview stage

- Arranging follow up interviews / telephone assessments with line managers.

- Arranging and running assessment centres
