Job Description

To be successful in securing this position you must have a proven track record in either the Digital, E-commerce or Marketing sectors.

The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner will include:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment of both volume and one off positions.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with line managers and work proactively to ensure smooth recruitment processes for both temporary and permanent vacancies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the global recruitment team to ensure universal recruiting strategies are delivered and best practice shared.
  • Develop attraction strategies.
  • Design and deliver suitable assessment methods for recruitment campaigns.
  • Manage the relationship with both internal and external stakeholders such as third party recruitment suppliers.
  • Devise innovative sourcing strategies to ensure the attraction of the very best talent.
  • Maintain solid market awareness to ensure the organisation stays ahead of the competition with candidate attraction.
  • Maintain current knowledge in relation to legislation regarding recruitment.
  • Work pro-actively with internal customers to understand the future needs of the business.
  • Identify any potential project work that would add value to the organisation.
  • Ensure recruitment continues to be an added value and cost focused area of the business.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Talent Acquisition Partner will:

  • Have a proven track record in Digital/E-commerce/Marketing recruitment.
  • Have an already strong external network.
  • Experience in working on high volume roles as well as one off more senior positions.
  • Screening and telephone interview experience.
  • Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating assessment tools.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills at all levels of seniority.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • A solid understanding of UK recruitment/employment law.
  • The ability to act autonomously and make well informed decisions.
  • Thrive in a team environment.
  • Be driven, enthusiastic and resilient.
