About Our Client

Our client is a leading education solutions provider.

Job Description

The Southern Team Leader will be responsible for converting existing clients within the region to convert to their new product proposition, including Schools, Local Authorities and Agencies.

In addition, the Team leader will win back lapsed and new clients who are using competitor providers by maximising the value of their proposition. The successful candidate will develop effective relationships with targeted clients to promote and enhance the brand by understanding the needs of the customer so that deployment and uptake of the new proposition is at maximised pace.

The successful candidate will also manage and develop the a team of perform and develop in their role. The Team Leader will develop and deliver an area sales plan that supports the delivery of the overriding business customer acquisition, retention and growth strategy, working with internal account managers to ensure the plan forms part of the overarching strategy.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate will:

  • Have a strong consultative sales background
  • Ideally, have a background selling into the education and public sectors
  • Have a proven successful sales background
  • Have proven sales team management background
  • Be highly analytical
  • Have effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
