Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive compliance management service that supports the building estate, efficiently and with a strong stakeholder focus.

Managing and monitoring statutory compliance and planned maintenance, contract supplier performance, managing data input efficiency and developing IT platforms as required.

You will be managing and supporting the compliance team of 10 and ensuring that you initiate and manage positive change as the compliance team role evolves.

The Successful Applicant

You must have at least an HNC / HND or above in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related Property Management qualification. A degree in a relevant FM, property or building services related discipline, or Membership of a building services industry trade body and a qualification in building services or surveying would be desirable.

You will have Property Management and Compliance experience, managing external approved building services contractors, at least significant experience of managing and supervising professional support services team

You must possess a good understanding of strategic issues affecting statutory compliance, be able to think creatively in resolving problems, and show highly developed management and organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own and others' workload to improve performance.
