Job Description

  • Responsible for delivering Technical design and approvals required for specific projects within the Region.
  • Responsible for provision of all Technical infrastructures.
  • Must be commercially aware working with established budgets to provide cost effective solutions.
  • Arrange Consultant Tender Bids for production information with Technical Director.
  • Organises Land/Technical Handover meetings.
  • Monitor and oversee S106 obligations.
  • Lead and chair Design Team meetings.
  • Monitor and control the professional fee budget and update fee report on a monthly basis,to incorporate into the Cost Report.
  • Ensure the provision of all plans, specifications and Technical information to the Project Team and provide adequate Technical support to ensure queries are quickly resolved.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years experience of managing Technical processes and procedures for residential new build developer working on high rise mixed use complex schemes.
  • Must have minimum HNC in a construction based subject.
  • Experience of coordinating, managing and providing technical guidance and support to residential developments and associated non-residential projects.
  • Extensive experience required in the Design Construction, Project Management of Civil Engineering Infrastructure, traffic and transportation.
  • Knowledge of water and sewerage design general municipal law and administration procedures.
