Job Description for the Technical Trainer role based in Newbury:
Your responsibilities will extend to operating within the safety culture, values, beliefs and promoting and developing the companies safety culture, attitudes and behaviours across each of their training programmes.
You will demonstrate practical skills, coach and monitor progress of reviewees whilst undertaking practical tasks associated with electrical competence.
You will carry out instruction in the required knowledge and procedures to business requirements and develop and maintain safe working practices for all activities in line with company policy, rules and procedures.
Monitoring training material, packages and practices, you will ensure business training requirements are met in line with company policy and procedure, giving effective results and acting on feedback.
The Successful Applicant
Candidate profile required for the Technical Trainer role based in Newbury:
A good awareness of the Company's activities and objectives and have an understanding of a large Contracting business training requirements.
Experience in managing quality and safety and have experience and qualification in instructing, coaching and assessing.
Electrical background along with training experience.
Operational experience in an Electrical Contracting business.
Minimum qualification of AET Level 3 and TAQA Level 3 and you.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have an understanding of legislation and statutory requirements for an electrical Contracting business.
Ability to plan, build and prepare training and assessment material and have experience of lesson planning and scheduling.
