Job Description

The successful applicant will require 3-4 years of experience working with Homeware, Cosmetics and Textiles. It is also essential to have an understanding of European Cosmetics Regulations and Textiles Regulations. Knowledge of markets in Japan and the USA is also desirable.

The role will involve working with three distinct categories:

  • Homeware Accessories (decorative accessories, serve ware and cookware, stationery, bathroom)
  • Scent (home fragrance)
  • Textiles (cushions, throws, rugs etc.)

Within these three categories the following day to day responsibilities can be expected:

Extraordinary Products Compliance

  • Support the delivery of a constant stream of newness ensuring there is a well-understood quality process from concept to launch.
  • Ensure we are engineering products of defined quality and longevity that are compliant in agreed markets.
  • Support the overarching strategy for quality and compliance.

Quality and Data

  • Complete and maintain technical files ensuring data accuracy
  • Manage the quality process issue to resolution, budget, CS technical support, and spares.
  • Own the spares process, ordering, and stocking on new and existing lines.

Supplier management

  • Manage the supplier manual with suppliers.
  • Manage supplier audits, inspection to corrective actions.
