About Our Client

My client are part of a large corporate group providing continued customer support long after their product has been delivered, installed and commissioned. The company is one of the worlds largest integrated iron and steel mill.

Job Description

They have a large and high performing sales team at the moment and in keeping with increasing sales this company has been growing their team significantly this year. The successful candidate will:

  • Contact existing database of clients which consist of live and lapsed accounts
  • Build relationships
  • Up-sell and cross sell to increase revenue
  • Cold Calling experience

The Successful Applicant

This role provides the chance for someone who has 2 years telesales experience, who is looking for an opportunity to join an organisation who can invest in their progression. The successful candidate for this position will:

  • Ideally have a minimum of 2 years in a customer focused sales/account manager role
  • Experience within steel/metal industry preferred
  • Excellent Telephone manner
  • Computer literate i.e. Outlook etc

£21,000 - £26,000 basic salary with OTE £32,00
