Job Description

In an organisation that is experiencing considerable growth, Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, the Telesales Advisor will secure new clients, and support the organisation's existing portfolio, generating profitable income for the business.

The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and promoting this organisation's health care protection proposition, to maximise opportunities for the business. The Telesales Advisor will act as a point of contract for the prospects and clients and establish effective relationships with them.

The successful candidate will identify, develop and close new business opportunities, achieving agreed targets, all the while working closely with relevant support teams to provide excellent service to clients.

The role is based in Bristol.

The Successful Applicant

The Sales Executive will:

  • Have a background in health care protection and insurance
  • Have a strong phone-based sales background
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent prospecting and pipeline management skills
  • Have excellent questioning and listening skills
  • Have excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Be able to effectively handle objections
  • Be a self starter
  • Have a can-do attitude
  • Be IT Literate, and MS Office Competent
  • Be based in commuting distance of Bristol
