Our client is a leading contractor, with operations nationwide. Although this is initially a temporary position, there is opportunity for contract extension and possibly a permanent position.

Job Description

Tenant Liaison Officer- Leading Main Contractor (Property and Housing: Bristol)

The Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for the following:

  • Act as first point of contact for residents.
  • Liaise with surveyors, clients, clerk of works to ensure works are carried out to specification.
  • Ensure residents are kept informed of the progress and inform them of changes via letters and visits.
  • Help plan and deliver literature given to tenants.
  • Managing resident expectations
  • Responsible for managing and resolving difficulties and complaints regarding the works by liaising with all parties involved.
  • Ensure disruption to tenants kept to a minimum and that they are satisfied with the works carried out.
  • Identify tenant's individual needs.

The Successful Applicant

Tenant Liaison Officer- Leading Main Contractor (Property and Housing: Bristol)

  • You will need to be able to work under pressure
  • Have a good knowledge of IT including Word and Excel. Must be able to report back all information to Senior management.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and produce monthly reports
  • Excellent Customer Service experience
  • Driving License
