Job Description

As a Territory Manager you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be part of a very strong team that is growing at an impressive rate. Your role will be highly autonomous but at the same time will be very team orientated. You will foster close relations with a number of KOL's within the hospital environment and in doing so will promote and uphold the strong values and integrity of the company. Working in line with team and company objectives you will be responsible for achieving key sales, market share and product positioning targets through the development and execution of business strategies based on industry and account knowledge. Extensive ongoing training will be provided throughout where you will need to plan and organise your schedule in a highly strategic manner. This is a role with your primary focus being on developing presence and market share in your given territory and within the CRM team. You must ensure best practice value-add solutions are delivered to the account base in a consultative manner while also meeting internal objectives.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success at territory Management level within medical devices - Cardiology or CRM ideally. With a highly collaborative style that is both supportive and engaging, you know how to foster a performance based culture where innovation, open communication and team work is highly valued. You must be flexible, willing and committed to working outside of the usual 9-5 hours as and when required. Impressive presentation & communication skills are required as well as having a highly technical capacity in line with the CRM product range you will be specialising in. Highly motivated, you must be degree educated with either a relevant clinical background or associated medical degree.
