With an established UK customer base they provide a total solution service tailored to their customer's individual needs. They pride themselves on producing world class food processing equipment, after sales service and protective equipment which are used in a variety of market sectors. All of these products are designed and manufactured at their UK facility and head office.

Reporting to the UK Sales Manager as a Territory Sales Manager south you will be primarily responsible for dealing with every product enquiry and providing solutions to customer's problems.

Working with an established technical support team your responsibilities and duties will include:

*Account management of end users and technical partners

*Develop existing accounts/increase revenues

*Professional auditing of all customers, identifying products supplied and analysing gaps with a clear strategy to convert and lock in

*Promote and drive the USP of the business to enable and assist in winning new business and holding onto current business.

*Visit customers whenever required

*Provide marketing team with new product development information

*Work closely with nominated suppliers on a joint visit basis to develop sales in both new and current customers

*Deal with incoming enquiries providing technical advice

*Liaise with purchasing and general manager to assist in the disposal of slow moving and obsolete stock lines

The Territory Sales Manager will have:-

*Confidence to be the face of the business

*Demonstrable experience of strong account management

*High level of communication skills across all levels both internally and externally

*Proven track record in selling into a number of markets

*Ability to retain technical knowledge

*A mentality of doing things the right way and not tempted into taking 'the easy route'

*Proven track record of recording personalised factual recaps and analysing each account

*Commercially astute

What's on Offer

The successful applicant can expect a basic salary of up to £30,000 with a further £5,000 quarterly KPI bonus available with Annual profit related company bonus
