Job Description

A Corporate Tax Senior Manager who will be responsible for managing the compliance function for clients is being recruited for by this top 20 practice's London office.



As Senior Manager in the department you'll assists the partners in the provision of consultancy work, managing and developing junior staff and business development.



Core responsibilities

  • Manage and co-ordinate the provision of tax compliance services for a portfolio of clients
  • Assist in the provision of planning and advisory work for clients, as required
  • Responsible for controlling WIP on allocated jobs, including billing and debt collection
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues within the firm
  • Assist in the allocation of compliance and other work to more junior members of staff, ensuring the effective deployment of staff
  • Provide direction and support to junior members of staff in respect of all aspects of consultancy and compliance work
  • Develop/maintain areas of specialisation as agreed with the partners



Requirements

  • Professionally qualified with relevant corporate tax experience
  • CTA desirable
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to influence internal / external clients and colleagues
