About Our Client
Role of the AD - Trade Finance Receivables and Supply Chain Finance
To ensure the client develops existing and new Trade Finance relationships so that such relationships generate profitable business.
To ensure the Bank offers its clients, existing and target, a comprehensive range of trade finance products to satisfy their requirements.
To ensure that the Bank provides accurate and timely responses to client`s enquiries.
To maintain and develop close contact with existing and new clients with a view to generating profitable business for London.
To ensure London maintains a marketing database of clients, prospects, enquiries and commitments.
To follow up indications and offers to ensure that a prompt and efficient service is given to clients.
To co-ordinate with other areas within the bank e.g Risk Management Division to ensure that the appropriate service is given to clients.
Assist Trade Finance support in obtaining any necessary information from clients which may be required to conclude and transactions.
Inform and other units within the Bank of any potential business opportunities which might be appropriate to their business (cross-sell) and provide support as required.
To assume additional responsibilities as required from time to time
To maintain close contact with all team members both individually and collectively.
The Successful Applicant
Skills and experience for the AD - Trade Finance Receivables and Supply Chain Finance:
Strong analytical and knowledge gathering skills to be abreast of developments in the banking sector
Should be confident and have flair for sales and client relationship management.
To work towards achieving the targets assigned for business and income.
Thorough understanding of, and expertise in Trade Finance and correspondent banking products.
Should be a competent team player with good communication skills, both oral and written
Knowledge of economics, local markets, Banks and businesses
5 years minimum experience in Marketing, Relationship Management, and Trade Finance and correspondent banking products
