The Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will consist of meeting candidates and clients across the Finance spectrum, understanding their needs and motivators, sourcing business opportunities and nurturing relationships. It is extremely relationship driven whilst being commercial and target driven at the same time.

The role of the Recruiter will include: Interviewing candidates Meeting clients to pitch for business Identifying market opportunities and engaging in sales activities Managing recruitment campaigns from end to end Providing coaching and guidance on CV's interviewing and market information Account Management of key accounts
