About Our Client

My client are an Edinburgh based Financial Service organisation.

Job Description

  • Maintaining the HR system records
  • Producing monthly reports
  • Working in conjunction with the Compliance Department to ensure that all internal and regulatory requirements are met
  • Attendance at & creation of agendas & minutes, and production of reports / papers for L&D-related meetings
  • Supporting the implementation of any activity as a result of regulatory changes
  • Supporting with other administration tasks and projects where required

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally you'll have a regulatory background
  • You must be a great communicator and able to speak to individuals from any level of the business
  • You also must be highly professional and provide excellent service at all times
  • You will be a quick learner and be able to use your own initiative
  • Have an eye for fine detail
  • You must be highly organised and self-driven
  • You also need to have a voice on the team and not afraid to suggest ideas
  • You will also enjoy continually learning within your role
