Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Co-ordinating the company's fast growing curriculum of public and in-house training events, including planning and organising events, managing sign-ups, finding and liaising with venues, supporting the design, production and delivery of all materials, collating and analysing course evaluation data, delegate communications, travel and accommodation arrangements, briefings, follow-ups, etc.
  • Project co-ordinating the delivery of customised training programs and consulting projects for corporate clients and UK channel partners
  • Ensuring that CPs/trainers are confirmed, fully briefed and prepared for the program
  • Supporting the attraction, selection, training and ongoing communication processes for all CPs
  • Supplier negotiation, co-ordination and management, including managing the company's relationship with printing suppliers, venues, etc.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date training and events tracking and reporting on a regular basis
  • Ensuring effective training and events processes and checklists are in place and communicated to all stakeholders, including directors, consultants and consulting partners
  • Providing support with formatting and packaging of training materials to the high standard expected by the company
  • Supporting the Customer Support Team Lead in answering product and support queries
  • Co-ordinating specific training projects to upgrade the learning and delegate management experiences, including implementing eLearning and Learning Management system.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Passionate about organising events
  • Strong results focus and willingness to work hard under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel (essential) and Adobe Acrobat Pro (preferable)
  • Excellent customer service orientation and skills
  • Extremely-organised - good forward planning skills, initiative and efficiency essential
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good team player, however, also able to work independently without close supervision
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination
