About Our Client
I'm looking for an extremely talented Banking Transformation Manager based on-site for my client in London
The role involves
Supporting liaison with global Design leads to development and validate the global design and influencing this design to ensure it is deliverable and applicable to market
Supporting the delivery of a portfolio of initiative, on time and within budget. By managing the end to end integrated plan, inter-dependencies, risks and issues
Advocating and championing of the transformation strategy ensuring cross functional and cross business alignment to one agenda
Supporting Senior UK Transformation Managers to remove delivery roadblocks.
Delivering cost saves which contribute to the programme target
The Successful Applicant
What I want from you
Significant proven and progressive analytical, planning and project management skills within a business or project management function or equivalent, including solid proven management skills or equivalent.
Excellent understanding of the customer need with regard to a customer journey, customer preference and key drivers of performance in this area
Strong managerial, communications, project management, organisational, lateral thinking, strategic planning, analytical, mathematical, decision-making, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proven track record in leading and managing change, particularly given the organisation's continually evolving nature
Strong business acumen and ability to continually make trade-off decisions.
Ability to seek out and improve on best practice and capability.
Ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders (Financial services employees, peers, etc.)
