My client are a second generation family run brand who focus on premium craft toys for UK and international retailers. The owner would describe their products as best in class British designed and manufacturer products who have strong relationships with key UK and International retailers and etailers.

Job Description

The role of UK and Europe Sales Manager will be help deliver the global strategy with the Sales team based out of the UK Surrey Office. You will responsible for a team of 6 Internal Account Managers who are tasked with developing the relationships with the independent and key customer across the UK and Europe. You will specifically manage the 3 largest customers including Harrods and Amazon, with a P&L of £1.5m+.

The role will require you to work closely with all the other job functions and help deliver against the following:

  • Exhibitions and trade shows
  • Marketing and Budget plans
  • Range reviews and categories analysis
  • Gap Analysis
  • Mass Market planning
  • Own P&L and JBP's

The role will be based from the Surrey office daily.

The Successful Applicant

Applicants will need to have following backgrounds:

  • Premium product exposure, ideally Toys or Durables.
  • Selling into premium retailers in the UK and Across Europe - Other languages are beneficial.
  • Located within 30-45 minutes of North Surrey.
  • Strong commercial background in Sales/ Account Manager
  • People leadership would be beneficial.
