Job Description

The Senior Commercial Manager represents the company's branded products to key retailer groups, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring customer's needs and expectations are met by the company. The role also requires the identification and development of new accounts and channels.

  • Plan and execute sales plans for brands and products
  • Translate business objectives into sales growth for existing and new customers
  • Provide 12 month forecasting and conduct constant account reviews
  • Achieve and exceed all set budgets
  • Advise marketing on specific retail activities

Report to the company's GM and actively manage internal stakeholders across commercial, export, sales and marketing.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a strong commercial manager from the Personal Care / FMCG sector with a successful background in delivering tangible results. You will have a proven track record of planning and delivering sales, new business and driving existing customers with health and beauty products. You will have a passion for brands within the personal care space with a bright and energetic "can-do" attitude.

You will be driven and able to make an impact and demonstrate key leadership qualities to motivate people around you. You will have strong business acumen and be extremely strong on time management and organisation with the ability to oversee projects from start to finish.
