Job Description

  • The role has responsibility for driving volume and activity through the allocated dealers in the portfolio. This is achieved by utilising multiple platforms with a strong emphasis on on-line/new media communication techniques.
  • The Virtual Sales Executive will be required to use data, creativity and innovation skills to create a successful portfolio and achieve agreed targets based on sales volume and the level of active buyers.
  • In the role you will responsible for ensuring all online targets are achieved.
  • The role will also include covering an Outbound Sales Portfolio.
  • Increase and maintain the number of active buyers within the virtual portfolio.
  • Build strong and effective working relationships with all relevant areas of the business, liaising with the Internet Sales and Marketing team ensuring brand continuity.
  • Responsible for all administrative activities related to virtual portfolio management.
  • Use management information to tactically target individuals, groups and the whole portfolio with relevant and timely messages.
  • Propose new and varied routes to market.

  • Ensures there is sales focus in all calls
  • Maintains a commercial focus when managing all customer issues
  • Uses negotiation skills to arrive at mutually acceptable solutions for customers
  • Creative vision and ability to write pertinent and relevant copy
  • An understanding of how the internet and other emerging technologies work and can interact
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (specifically excel)
