Job Description

Reward Manager

Location London- with travel to Manchester

key accountabilities

  • remuneration committee - development of calendar, agendas. papers and research and DRR construction, coordination and input / production annually
  • compliance - complete regulatory submissions ( RPS, MRT identification and lists etc.)
  • Exec Rem - support policy development for LTIP and Annual Bonus, manage the process for each
  • Exec rem - manage and track pay review / deferrals for senior leadership / RB1
  • MRT - maintain list and work with regulatory team to identify
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulations applicable to remuneration
  • input to design of remuneration policy and advise HRBPs on its application
  • other projects as identified

The Successful Applicant

  • previous financial services experiences looking at Exec Rem and regulatory submissions
  • detail conscious, clear logical thinker
  • numerate ( may have accountancy background)
  • excellent excel skills
  • adaptable - this is not a typical Exec rem / reward governance role, we all have broader remits
  • need to be robust and diligent
  • able to build relationships quickly
  • must be prepared to travel to Manchester regularly ( not every week but 2 / 3 days a month sometimes)
