Job Description

As the VP Sales, you will:

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability through direct selling of software and services.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of your direct reports
  • Forecasting sales
  • Recruit and train sales team to meet sales objectives
  • Take the lead on complex deals
  • Act as the lead for major clients
  • Engage and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure objectives are reached

The Successful Applicant

As the VP Sales, you will:

- Have a track record in Sales leadership

- Have experience of driving a business through team growth and executing strategic objectives

- Have sold into Finance functions with organisations

- Have experience in the following areas: Outsourced Financial Solutions, P2P solutions, Global Accounts Payable, Supplier Information Management, Dynamic Discounting, Supply Chain Financing, Einvoicing, ERP/Supplier/Vendor Portal Implementation

- Be open to travel and ideally be located near London
