Job Description

* To design and coordinate comapny web design and electronic communications.

* To maintain a broad level of knowledge of the company, its members, suppliers and products.

* To work as part of the team to deliver sustainable and profitable business.

* Coordination of key projects within the department.

* Support the Marketing Manager.

* Liaise with printers when necessary.

* Production of statistical information for email campaigns.

* Assist in all areas of marketing as and when required.

* Any other duties deemed appropriate in conjunction with this role.

The Successful Applicant

A strong understanding and Experience using the Full Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro and After Effects.

* Experience in WordPress, HTML and Web Skills.

* Apple MAC and Microsoft Office Literate.

* Experience in print design and preparing artwork for print.

* Knowledge and understanding of typography, colour and layout.

* Experience in video editing, rendering and exporting for use online.

* Creative thinker, proactive and self motivated.

* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

* Strong Proof Reading Skills.

* Detail oriented and organised approach to designing and responding to feedback.

* Good communication skills.

Capable of working under pressure to meet necessary deadlines and initiatives.

* The ability to interface and relate to people from differing backgrounds and status.

* The ability to deliver results from objective driven activities both individually and from within the team.

* The ability to function independent of supervision and be a good decision-maker.

* Willingness to work outside contracted hours.

* Willingness to travel within the UK.

* Bring new ideas and initiatives to the department.

* Have openness to change.

* Willingness to accept constructive criticism and handle pressure in a professional manner.

* Customer focused.
