Job Description

Role

The Website Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the websites, their performance in relation to KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and the implementation of new features and functionality to support the business objectives.

Objectives

To increase digital revenues in order to meet (at least) or exceed budgeted figures. This will be achieved through a combination of the following activities:

Traffic acquisition

  • Grow website Sessions
  • Increase Users

User engagement

  • Reduce Bounce Rate
  • Increase repeat Visits
  • Increase Page Views per Visit
  • Increase Average Time on Site

User experience

  • Drive users through to key areas of the website
  • Increase the proportion of users who register for services
  • Improve click through rates for advertisers
  • Grow the percentage of users who complete inquiry forms for key advertisers

Commercial Performance

  • Increase traffic to classified listings
  • Increase response rates for advertisers
  • Monitor performance and devise strategies for growth and improvement
  • Support the sales team and grow the business
