• Advising a portfolio of clients on a wide variety of employment tax issues, including, PAYE, NIC,Termination / Redundancy payments, remuneration planning and equity incentives
• Develop and manage junior team members, including participating in the appraisal process
• Contributing to the growth of the business through business development and participating in company wide initiatives

Who we're looking for
Are you currently a private client /payrollconsultantlooking for an opportunity to specialise and further develop your skills in a Big 4 environment?
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
• Qualified ACAand/or CTA, or equivalent qualification or experience
• Strong numerical skills with great attention to accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of work
• Ability to develop and manage strong relationships, with both clients and colleagues
