The successful applicant will join the highly rated Clinical Negligence team comprising 17 fee earners, which is one of the largest in the South West. You will be working on a caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims and a solid working knowledge of civil litigation procedure and CPR is essential. Also it would be a benefit if you have dealt with NHS complaints procedure and publicly funded civil work and LSC procedures.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an individual who is client friendly, proactive and hard working. The ideal candidate will have prior working knowledge of clinical negligence work. There will be ample opportunity to develop a caseload of clinical negligence work through networking, therefore an ability and desire to market and network is crucial.
