Customer Operational Improvement Senior Consultant- Utilities

The Customer Advisory practice of this leading Consultancy firm works with a wide range of corporate clients to provide high value advice, with a focus on business transformation programmes and financial management. In this role, you will draw on your knowledge and experience to create innovative commercial insights for these clients, adapting methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs. You will contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives which can focus on one or more of the three following areas: customer service, data & analytics and sales & channel management.

Who we're looking for
To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
• A track record of delivering projects with a blue chip consulting firm and/or a blue chip firm
• A strong academic record including a 2:1 degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience in a number of the following areas:
- customer service improvement
- contact centres and service channels
- customer operating model
- cost to serve and efficiency
- process design and development
- customer intelligence and economics
- customer acquisition and retention
- account and channel segmentation
- sales force and marketing effectiveness
- bid management effectiveness
- channel management and optimisation
