The audit manager will be responsible for:

• Determining the scope of the audit, how to carry it out and the testing strategy, in conjunction with the Senior Audit Manager.
• Assigning individual tasks and responsibilities relating to the delivery of an audit, and identifying the issues which need to be raised
• Team Lead audits and manage individuals indirectly.
• Support the audit planning process, risk assessment and quarterly reporting
• Manage relationship management with Group Treasury and divisional Treasury- and audit functions

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have work experience in financial services and need to be able to demonstrate the following:
• In depth knowledge of Asset & Liability Management in banking / financial services.
• Technical knowledge of Asset & Liability Management in one or more of the following areas: Capital Management, Liquidity Management Interest Rate Risk Management, Transfer Pricing.
• Banking, audit or risk management qualification (ACA, ACCA, (A)MCT)
Also desirable, but not essential are the following:
•  Knowledge of regulatory developments including the changes to Basel 2, Basel 3 and ILAA
• Experience in external- or internal audit
