A role exists within the Risk Architecture team, part of the Risk Change function.
Risk Architecture fulfils four key services:
Works with key business stakeholders to define an evolving Risk Business Architecture, covering organisation, people, data, process and systems Manage a single Risk source of proposed initiatives and areas for investigation Analysis and shaping of new initiatives (within Risk or other Functional Change programmes) to ensure they align with the strategic Risk Architecture Provide Architecture support to in flight projects and programmes, within Risk or with External functional programmes
· Provide business architecture expertise into risk change
· Engagement with senior credit stakeholders to ensure a clear business architecture strategy is articulated and evolved
· Facilitate workshops with key business and change stakeholders to drive out detailed analysis of requirements, in-turn identifying tactical and strategic solutions for change delivery
· Provide Credit Risk expertise to assist the analysis and shaping of new change initiatives into tangible programmes of delivery
· Analyse Credit processes end to end, identifying areas for improvement across process, people, data and systems
· Provide excellent documentation and presentations to clearly articulate change issues to senior stakeholders
· Facilitate external discussions to identify 'best in field' across the industry and in turn, input these into strategy and vision discussions with senior credit risk stakeholders
Who we're looking for
The role requires a candidate with previous experience in Risk Business Architecture &/or a Senior Business Analyst with relevant experience in large-scale Risk change programmes. The candidate must have excellent subject matter expertise in Credit Risk. Minimum requirement: · Understanding of industry standard business architecture methodologies
· Risk Management experience essential, with particular focus on Credit Risk
· Good knowledge of project lifecycle and project methodologies
· Extensive Business Analysis experience<BR> · Investment banking experience<BR>
Microsoft Office:
· Excellent PowerPoint, with ability to create executive standard presentations
· Strong MS Project / Excel / Visio skills
