· Responsible for timely and effective completion of all workstream(s) deliverables

· Agree prioritisation of key deliverables with Project Lead/Project Manager, and lobby for, resources as required

· Prepare project status reporting and provide weekly updates to Project Lead/Project Manager

· Assist with the recruitment & training of new members of staff for the workstream(s)

· Ensure processes for the key workstream(s) are fully documented

· Identify, and address any areas of risks /issues in conjunction with Project Lead/Project Manager

Who we're looking for
· ACA or ACCA with post qualification experience in the Financial Services industry

· Good understanding of financial control, accounting, reporting and associated operations processes for the Personal and Commercial Banking sectors

· Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities including the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business and technical domain knowledge

· Experience of Finance Systems including Product Systems & General Ledger applications

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams

· Demonstrate initiative and ability to quickly acquire knowledge

· Be extremely change delivery oriented and able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines

· Good team lead and team player

· Experience of ascertaining, defining and constructing system change requirement documentation, process maps, etc

· Experience of programmes that contain complex activities that span functions, organizations, business units and cultures beneficial
