As part of an on-going process of expansiona new opportunity for an experienced change project manager to join the current established team.This new role will be part of the team responsible for the delivery of a major, multi-disciplinary project requiring co-ordination across a number of different functional areas. This project represents a significant step in taking stress testing capability to the next, higher, level by using multiple front office systems to calculate the outcomes of scenarios using full revaluation. Risk Business Change provides:
• Partnership with the Risk Functions to deliver process change
• Partnership with IT to deliver Systems Solutions
• The necessary Project Management and Business Analysis skills to support the above from a Business perspective.
• Sign off for all system releases including upstream changes. The main requirements for the role are as follows:
Management Skills:-
· Management of project plans and milestones and regular status/progress reporting.
· Ongoing management and monitoring of risks and issues.
· Ability to chair meetings and prepare documentation.
· Hands-on project management experience.
· Managing multiple business stakeholders at a both work stream and senior levels.
· Thorough understanding of the Project life-cycle and tools, techniques and standards within each phase.
· Leadership and management of cross-functional teams (business and technology).
· Building teams (including virtual teams).
· Demonstrable experience managing requirements for IT systems.
