The role is hard to define - other than a challenging mix of marketing, consulting, advertising, business development, in short a highly entrepreneurial business where you can determine your own career path. This position will cover a variety of high profile offices including Reading, Southampton and Guildford and specialise in recruiting for In-house roles within the niche areas of Internal Audit and In House tax. This is a high profile position offering tremendous scope in terms of Geography, seniority or work,covering both permanent and temporary assignments and will suit a self motivated individual who enjoys working in an autonomous capacity.

Who we're looking for
Suitable candidates need not have worked in recruitment or sales previously, but must enjoy working in a client facing role which will test your communication skills and entrepreneurial nous on a daily basis. An understanding of the finance and accounting industry would be ideal (but not essential), but you must have high energy levels, bags of initiative and a strong work ethic, coupled with a keen sense of fun.
