Our client is seeking strong HR Business Partners to work closely with their business leaders and to deliver a top-class comprehensive and professional HR strategy and service to their designated global unit or function. The successful candidates will provide outstanding HR leadership to meet the internal client's requirements and to improve overall organisational effectiveness. Reporting to the Corporate Head of HR, the positions require the following responsibilities: • Working in partnership with your allocated client area, you will formulate an HR strategy that is in-line with business objectives • Work with the HR centre of excellence on developing best practice and execute across your business division • Design & implement HR policies and Procedures and • Support and guideline management where necessary in terms of organisational change.
Who we're looking for
• High Calibre HR business partners / HR generalists (senior HR Manager / Head of HR level) - within Global organisations where People development/ HR is a driver of the organisation •Should have played a lead role in projects within a matrix organisation and across different cultures. • HR Centre of Excellence and how to execute across in a complex environment •Applicants must have worked in the Middle East previously and will be comfortable with some international travel from the base in Riyadh as part of the role. • Outstanding English Communication skills - written and verbal is essential • Membership of Professional HR Bodies and HR specific qualifications (Such as CIPD) are advantageous. • Please note - It is essential that you are currently working for or have recently worked for a reputable Global or Multi-National organisation. National size organisation or Regional size organisation exposureis unfortunately not sufficient for this position.
