Reporting to a manager, the role will involve undertaking due diligence field work on transactions initially in the £5m to £10m deal size range and drafting reports.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a high performer. ACA/ACCA qualified professional. Reporting to a manager, the role will involve undertaking due diligence field work on transactions initially in the £5m to £10m deal size range and drafting reports. Whilst comprehensive training will be given, the successful candidate will need to possess strong analytical and report writing skills as well as the ability to work to tight reporting deadlines.

Aleading corporate finance team in the Thames Valley with a fully integrated lead advisory, transactional support and tax advisory offering. Our focus is in the £5m to £50m deal range, acting as both buy and sell side advisors.
