We are looking for a strong analyst to work within a market leading Residential Mortgage Backed Securities team. The successful candidate will manage portfolio of securitisation transactions backed by residential mortgage loans. This role is ideal for candidates who are seeking hands-on deal related experience and the responsibility to form a view on all credit aspects of a structure. The role will involve presenting to senior figures such as CFOs in the market. The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the rating process, including collateral analysis, cash flow modelling and legal review.

Who we're looking for
• Proven experience within a financial institution, audit, legal or consulting firm. Experience within securitisation or with a mortgage or other consumer lending institution would be beneficial
• Strong cash flow and other financial modelling skills.
• Solid credit skills and logical analytical though process.
• Good understanding of financial markets. Experience of securitisation or residential mortgage lending essential.
• Willingness to learn and enjoy working in challenging working environment.
• Understands the role of ratings agencies in international and domestic capital and credit markets
• Able to demonstrate good market knowledge to capture and expand the business
