As a Strategy & Operational Project Manager sitting within the internal consulting team based in London.The focus is to build and deliver the Strategic direction of the business and focuses on operational improvements within the organisation,that will result in maximising company 's performance & customer satisfaction.

Who we're looking for
• You will be a driven and enthusiastic individual who has delivered real-world change. A proven project manager, you will have experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced consumer or retail environment.
• You will enjoy solving difficult problems by analysing data and creating insight. You will be comfortable managing a wide range of stakeholders and used to balancing conflicting business priorities.:
• The project management and leadership skills to take projects through their full life cycle (from initial research and development to final roll out across the business)
• Experience of balancing priorities in a fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in Retail is desirable but not essential
• Significant experience of coaching and developing others
• Likely to have a degree in a numerate subject though this is not essential if the candidate has other relevant experience and scores highly on mathematical tests
