Job details
1. Purpose of Job
1.1 To provide a high quality service to clients in respect of various financial reporting and statutory requirements
1.2 To supervise and guide junior team members
• 2.1 Leading audits and responsible for assistants within the audit team to ensure delivery within agreed timetable
• 2.2 Preparation and audit of statutory accounts
• 2.3 Manages workload to ensure all tasks are completed according to deadlines and budgets set
• 2.4 Liaising with clients to ensure that information is received in sufficient time to prepare accounts and complete the audit
• 2.5 Preparation and management of assignment budgets and costs
• 2.6 Able to carry out ad hoc assignments with assistance
• 2.7 Investigates all audit issues to arrive at a proposal or solution
• 2.8 Take responsibility for own workload and performance indicators
• 2.9 To identify opportunities for additional work/ cross selling
• 2.10 Develop assistants in the team by on the job training, directing and supervising their work.

Who we're looking for
ACA/ACCA qualified
• 4.2 Motivated to provide the highest quality service to clients
• 4.3 Excellent accounting skills
• 4.4 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to liaise with people at all levels
• 4.5 Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively for self and other members of the team
