Within one of the most successful and exciting service lines in this growing business, your key responsibilities will include:
- Total ownership and beginning to end delivery of global campaigns
- Budget management and creative licence in campaign management
- Creating and implementing large, complex marketing plans through the execution of integrated marketing campaigns (planning, delivery and execution of activities against set objectives within timelines and budget)
- Managing all aspects of the marketing communications mix and content development (thought leadership, online media, video, surveys, social media, events, PR, etc)
- Providing support to the sales teams across the business through the production of sales tools and content to meet their needs
- Working closely and be an active player in the wider marketing teams to ensure consistency and to influence and leverage content and marketing spend.
- Liaising with the industry marketing teams to develop propositions and work as a team to support existing campaigns and create relevant new campaigns for their key clients
- Working closely with key stakeholders and managing a wider marketing community to deliver campaigns (PR, events, online team, studio, research, knowledge management, etc)
- Timely reporting to key stakeholders which includes assessment of marketing activities and other key statistics
- Delivering and championing standard processes and methodologies (CRM, brand, account management)
- Development of innovative marketing activities to align with the firm-wide strategy and differentiate this firm from competitors.
Who we're looking for
- Be CIM qualified and/or a marketing or business degree or equivalent
- Have solid experience in developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan
- Have some experience working with marketing and design agencies including the writing of briefs
- Have good project management and organisational skills being able to balance multiple tasks
- Be an excellent influencer with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Be able to work independently and autonomously
- Be a team player
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be enthusiastic, innovative and creative, willing to explore new ways to develop our client experiences.
