This is a key role in achieving customer satisfaction and overall unit performance in this area. As a leader in the market, the area manager will need to deliver against a balanced score card in 3 main areas: Team, Customer & Shareholder

The cornerstone of the area manager's role is to spend nearly two-thirds of their time conducting structured and tailored restaurant visits in which they coach and direct Restaurant General Managers to improve customer satisfaction, team development and overall profitability. The area manager's will have operational responsibility they will typically support a maximum of 10 company restaurants depending on geographic density and other operating factors. Planning and time management skills are essential to ensure success.
