A Lloyds broker based in Essex is recruiting for a claims technician to work in a legacy team, for 3 - 6 months. Key aspects of the role include responsibility for the technical processing of Excess of loss premiums, pro rata accounts and claims for individual accounts. Your role and duties need to be carried out according to the guidelines issued and assumed by FSA regulation and compliance. Specific tasks will include:
• identification and collection of accounts currently outstanding.
• Provision of reports for external and internal usage.
• correction and reconciliation of accounts assigned.
• working as part of a cohesive team with an inclusive and supportive outlook.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in either reinsurance claims or premium processing. You will further understand the concepts found at large within the reinsurance sector including the ability to identify business trends and the knowledge of support functions accustomed to the industry.
