This is an Asset Management based role therefore good knowledge of Asset Management terms, processes, procedures and concepts is important. Additionally, as our projects often involve technology components and therefore involvement with the technology teams, this job requires a good knowledge and understanding of technical concepts and terms.
For this particular role experience in any of the following topics is preferred but not essential; Counterparty Risk Monitoring and Reporting, Regulatory framework projects such as UCITS 3 / 4 or Business Process Monitoring projects using workflow tools such as BPM Metastorm.
Responsibilities
• Support NIM Project Manager(s) on allocated projects by applying business analysis skills.
• Manage the allocated workload and provide regular updates to Project Manager(s)
• Understand, to the level required, Our client's project process in order that work carried out is in alignment with said process and requirements.
• Act as subject matter expert to the project(s) allocated in all Business Analysis related activities
• Lead business process reviews, guide on change and oversee implementation
• Produce documentation to the standard required
Who we're looking for
• Extensive Business Analysis skills, evidenced by involvement in previous projects
• Excellent communicator at all levels, good interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, evidenced by previous involvement in oversight and control of small to medium projects, or similar evidence
• Good Asset Management business knowledge and understanding
• Good technology and technical aptitude and literacy
• Knowledge of Investment Management Front, Middle and Back office functions and business change management.
• Driven individual who can be trusted to get on, do the job, deliver. This is key to this role
