Our client's Capital Markets practice is currently recruiting talented professionals with exposure to working with listed companies on cross-border transactions and an interest in advising clients and teams on accounting and reporting matters and IPOs.

Responsibilities:

·Opportunity to develop a portfolio of work, including compliance and advisory projects and IPOs
·Develop your IFRS and US GAAP technical expertise through regular training, updates and access to knowledge
· The role involves both assurance and advisory and will include developing profitable long-term relationships with senior client personnel
· Identifying new business opportunities and working with internal contacts to convert leads/opportunities into engagements
· Work with both existing and aspiring SEC registrants, including several of the FTSE 100

Who we're looking for
· Must have a proven depth of knowledge and client-handling and auditing experience with the ability to guide and coach others
· Professional qualification: CPA or ACA qualified (or equivalent)
· Academic qualifications: Degree qualified
· Solid experience working with cross-border transactions

Assist engagement teams and clients on all aspects of their SEC reporting, IFRS and US GAAP
· You will have a high degree of client contact time
· Conduct research into technical matters and developing accounting solutions
