The role is to provide a HR service to the expat community within this global organisation. The bulk of the role is supporting relocations, advising on immigration laws, visa / tax issues etc, and helping to make international assignments run smoothly, to facilitate business as usual.
In this role you will be expected to support senior management across the business in the relocation of key skills / people, linking into individual's career plans / aspirations.
There are local HR teams in key locations, so advice and support is available, while this role is expected to hold the majority of the expertise and knowledge. Ultimately being solely responsible for all global mobility, this role is critical, high profile and requires a high degree of professionalism and integrity, exceptional communication skills, confidence and willingness to take responsibility.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a specialist global mobility expert who is looking to join a hugely successful growth organisation, where decisions are made quickly and employees enjoy prosperous long careers.
While our ideal candidate will already be a specialist in this field, we will accept applications from HR generalists who have significant experience managing international assignments and possess a good understanding and level of knowledge of international employment law, taxation and migration matters.
