They will look at Senior associates with a good business case to take that next step up. It's a tricky first step but our partnership practice has successfully helped Senior associates achieve their first time Partner role. Unfortunately for most that means moving firms but it is a move worth making to get you on the next step of the career ladder.

Who we're looking for
Senior Associates in a range of technical areas with a good business case and good client relationships.
