Banking and Capital Markets Tax is a relationship based team who provide advice to a wide variety of institutions, including many of the biggest names in the market.
Their clientbase is broad, including retail, commercial, investment, private and custody banks, as well as building societies, exchanges and boutique financial institutions.Theyaim to combine specialist tax skills with a deep understanding ofeach sector.
TheirLondon based tax team forms one of the hubs ofmy client'sglobal network of BCM expertise, enablingthem to advise not only UK institutions, but also many of the largest international players.Their services are varied, andthe team includes sector specialists in both direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing, international structuring and employment taxes.
They regularly advise both front office and group tax teams on a mixture of transactional and compliance issues, including M&A and innovative new ideas and structures.
Who we're looking for
The banking sector is a dynamic and fast paced environment, and we are currently recruiting at all grades from exam qualified Senior Associates/Assistant Manager/Tax Consultants through to Senior managers to join our team. We are looking for high quality candidates, motivated by a desire to work within the sector and capable of dealing with the technical demands that this brings.
