Our client is seeking candidates to join their Commercial & Securities Practice Group in Shanghai. The role will be varied and the candidate will have involvement withinternational and more local clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance projects and general corporate matters.

Who we're looking for
The ideal will have:
* 3+ years PQE with experience in public company transactions
* Familiarity with requirements of theHong Kong Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code
* Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
